Terms of Service

The rules for using PolySocket.dev, API keys, subscriptions, and wallet activity feed access.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to PolySocket.dev, the PolySocket dashboard, API keys, WebSocket feed, documentation, and related services. By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a subscription, using an API key, or connecting to the feed, you agree to these Terms, the Billing Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Service description

  • PolySocket.dev provides low-latency WebSocket data infrastructure for watched Polymarket wallet activity.
  • PolySocket.dev is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, trading strategy, copy-trading bot, custody provider, wallet manager, or execution venue.
  • You are solely responsible for any trading strategy, order sizing, risk checks, signing, order routing, CLOB submission, wallet security, and trading outcome.

Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your credentials secure.
  • API keys are account-specific. You may not share, publish, resell, lease, transfer, or sublicense API keys or feed access without written permission from PolySocket.dev.
  • We may revoke API keys, suspend accounts, block new accounts, or terminate access if we believe an account is abusive, fraudulent, risky, unpaid, disputed, or in violation of these Terms.

Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation

  • The Weekly plan may include a 3-day card-required free trial. Unless canceled before trial end, it converts to a paid weekly subscription.
  • Cancellations are immediate. Canceling a subscription immediately revokes plan access, API keys, and WebSocket feed access.
  • Subscription and refund rules are governed by the Billing Policy.

No financial advice or profit guarantee

  • PolySocket.dev does not recommend trades, markets, wallets, sizes, prices, timing, or trading strategies.
  • Latency, availability, fill quality, market liquidity, queue position, copy-trading outcomes, and profitability are not guaranteed.
  • You use PolySocket.dev at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with laws, platform rules, exchange rules, tax obligations, and trading restrictions that apply to you.

Commercial use and resale

  • Personal and standard subscription plans are for your own internal use only.
  • Reselling PolySocket.dev data, offering hosted copy-bot services powered by PolySocket.dev, sublicensing access, or using PolySocket.dev for customer-facing commercial services requires written permission or an enterprise commercial-use plan.
  • Enterprise and custom plans may include additional commercial-use terms in a separate written agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-guaranteed service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolySocket.dev is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses caused by third-party services, blockchains, Polymarket, RPC providers, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, or customer systems.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolySocket.dev aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to PolySocket.dev in the 30 days before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of PolySocket.dev after an update means you accept the updated terms.
